We are looking for candidates with previous sales experience who are looking for a career change and would like to work with one of the most successful Independent Dealer Groups in the UK. About the Role
* On target earning of £30,000-£55,000 uncapped
* Option of Company Car or Car Allowance (T&C Apply)
* Salary Sacrifice EV Car Scheme
* A Flexible 5-day working week
* Sunday work hours 10.00am to 3.00pm (when worked)
* 28 days Annual Leave (Inc Bank holidays)
About You:
* Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
* Possess excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be competent in negotiating and closing sales whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
* Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
* Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
Please note that for all Sales Advisor roles, a driving licence is essential.
