Contracts Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a London-based research organisation to recruit a Contracts Manager for their Clinical Contracts and Research and Development team.
This position will be offered on a permanent basis and the successful Contracts Manager will attend the London-based offices 2 days per week, with some flexibility on office attendance. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (with potential flexibility for candidates with extensive clinical trial contracts experience).
Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the following agreements:
o Funding Agreements
o Drug Supply Agreements
o Material Transfer Agreements
o Data Transfer Agreements
o Collaboration Agreements
o Non-Disclosure Agreements
o Confidential Disclosure Agreements
* Providing general legal advice to departments across the organisation.
It is essential for successful applicants to have experience dealing with funding agreements and drug supply agreements; experience with other agreements mentioned above would also be beneficial.
