The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising purchasing, managing Shield Safety, ensuring staff contracts compliance, and supporting software implementations.
•Optimise purchasing at both the group and site levels to ensure cost-efficiency.
•Manage Shield Safety: oversee the implementation and use of our health and safety software.
•Ensure Staff Contracts Compliance: verify that all staff contracts are signed and up to date, maintaining accurate records.
•Support Software Implementations: assist with the integration of new software and collaborate with software providers to optimize their use and benefit.
you_will_need>•Proven experience in back-office or administrative management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
•Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and optimise operational efficiency.
•Experience in managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
