What You'll Do:
Job summary: Responsible for the coordination of Management system documentation, processes and requirements, internal and external audits.
Key responsibilities: * Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams, to coordinate, manage and improve the Management systems.
* Maintain system documentation to required standard, tracking, and updating documents as required.
* Monitor and track legislative requirements via online library access (provided).
* Manage company document schedule for the Management Systems, ensuring policies documents are reviewed and updated accordingly.
* Manage non-conformities, complete Route Cause Analysis and develop Corrective Action measures where necessary
* Carry out internal audits and manage external audits (conducted by ISO certifying bodies).
* Participate in weekly Management System meetings as required.
* Ensure Management System folders are up to date. Ensure system evidence information is logged, recorded and organised.
* Complete any training required to fulfil role.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualities required: * Team work, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and open to develop skillsets for role.
* Detailed knowledge of the Requirements of ISO 9001 and clauses is expected.
A level of familiarity with ISO14001 and 45001 is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail. Analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with senior management, project teams, and certifying bodies.Software applications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with document management systems is beneficial.
