**About the Role:**
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include a range of office administration tasks as well as personal assistant responsibilities, making you an integral part of the team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist with office administration tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external stakeholders.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
