With over 30 UK venues under our banner, we are committed to delivering world-class customer experiences through innovative marketing, data-driven strategies, and cutting-edge technology.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer relationship management system, ensuring it is fully optimized to drive both marketing and sales success.
The Role
The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation, optimization, and training of our Acetol CRM (Atreemoo) system, ensuring it supports our marketing and sales teams effectively. This role is pivotal in managing customer data, personalising marketing strategies, and maximizing sales conversion through structured lead tracking and automation. You will work closely with the Venue Management, Sales Teams, and Head Office to ensure CRM best practices, data integrity, and campaign consistency across all our venues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to develop data-driven CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
2. Train venue teams to create, execute, and optimize CRM-led marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and paid media channels.
3. Ensure CRM data is segmented effectively (VIPs, high spenders, first-time visitors, lapsed customers) to enable targeted marketing.
4. Use customer insights and behavioral data to refine campaign messaging and improve open rates, conversions, and retention.
5. Oversee integration between the CRM and Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms to drive remarketing campaigns.
6. Develop and implement strategies for data collection through sign-ups, loyalty programs, and on-site tracking.
7. Ensure all venue hire, private event, and VIP sales inquiries are properly logged and tracked in the CRM.
8. Work with venue teams to optimize inquiry forms for better data collection and lead quality.
9. Automate lead follow-ups and nurturing sequences, ensuring that potential customers receive timely and relevant information.
10. Create and maintain a structured lead scoring system to help prioritize high-value leads.
11. Support sales teams by providing real-time dashboards to track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
12. Continue to work closely with The Access Group on the development of the CRM system to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM.
Cross-Functional CRM Training & Support
1. Train marketing, sales, and venue teams on CRM best practices to ensure proper use of the system.
2. Develop step-by-step guides, training materials, and workshops to help teams make the most of CRM capabilities.
3. Work closely with head of departments to align CRM usage with broader business objectives.
4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, preventing duplicate or incomplete records.
5. Regularly analyze CRM data to provide insights on customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and sales performance.
6. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments based on CRM analytics.
7. Maintain and improve CRM workflows, automation sequences, and integrations to ensure smooth operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
1. Hospitality CRM experience is a must – the ideal candidate will have worked with a hospitality-based CRM system, preferably Acetol CRM (Atreemo) for a minimum of 2 years.
2. Proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and sales lead tracking.
3. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing, and behavioral tracking.
4. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel tracking, and marketing attribution.
