Job summary An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Admin team in our palliative care office in Winchester. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual with a flexible 'can do' attitude who is passionate about palliative and end of life care. Main duties of the job The successful candidates duties will include : Day to day administrative support to ensure smooth running for the clinical team Taking notes from meetings and internet calls and transcribing appropriately Monitoring supplies and ordering to maintain stock Answering the telephone, taking messages to enable clear communication between stakeholders Attendance at Teams calls, taking notes where required to ensure plans are secure. Providing administrative support for meetings including confidential meetings. Responding to ad hoc requests for admin support from team members and other managers Attendance on Teams calls Day to day updating and maintenance of key data sets Other tasks and responsibilities by agreement within the team.
