Job Summary
The Transformation Team is looking for a Delivery Manager to join its team to instigate, develop and deliver improvement projects. The role will take a hands-on approach in doing this working alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues within the Divisions to make a difference to patients.
It is an exciting time to join WWL and its Transformation Team as we continue and accelerate our ambition to see quality at the centre of cost improvement, whilst we support the long-term recovery from the COVID pandemic. Working across the system with partner organisations such as CCGs and Local Authorities, we support services and teams to transform, improve the quality and safety of care, and deliver safe, efficient and affordable services which enhance the patient and staff experience.
This vacancy is open to all internal and external candidates. NHS Employees should ideally secure their manager's agreement for a secondment arrangement ideally prior to applying, as this will be a condition of any offer made. This vacancy is advertised on a fixed term basis for 12 months to provide cover for an employee on secondment and will end in May 2026 or when the substantive postholder returns. Whilst this post is advertised on a fixed term / secondment basis there is the potential that this post may become permanent in the future.
