Our client, a large organisation in Rugby, are looking for an Administrator to join their current, busy team. This role will suit candidates with a small amount of administration experience, or may be your first office position.
The key responsibilities of an Administrator:
* Entering data onto electronic systems
* Scanning, photocopying, scanning, mailing
* Typing correspondence, reports and other documents
* Assisting with general office duties
* Performing basic accounting functions
The minimum requirements of an Administrator:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Reliable
The ideal candidate for the Administrator:
* Some experience or exposure administration in a previous role would be advantageous
* Excellent telephone communication skills
