Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional development and trainingKey Responsibilities: Wills and Trusts Administration: Assist in the preparation, drafting, and finalisation of wills and trust documents Maintain accurate records of client wishes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Probate Administration: Coordinate probate applications, including the collation and submission of necessary documents Liaise with executors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions to facilitate estate administration Manage asset collection, payment of liabilities, and distribution of estate funds Client Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear, empathetic communication Schedule meetings and provide updates on the progress of cases Compliance and Record Management: Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Utilise case management systems to track tasks, deadlines, and correspondence Administrative Support: Support the legal team with general administrative duties, such as preparing reports and managing correspondenceSkills, Experience, and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within legal, financial, or estate planning services Knowledge of trusts, wills, and probate procedures (formal qualifications in these areas are an advantage) Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and empathetically Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines A client-focused mindset with discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential mattersIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong background in trusts, wills, and probate administration, we would love to hear from you.
