We are looking for an experienced, proven Sales Manager with a demonstrable background ideally within the transport sector to join this dynamic sales team. A motivated self-starter and working in conjunction with the Sales Director and team, you will be adept at identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities. Your experience will allow you to play a leading role in nationwide target customer acquisition, negotiation and key account management. This business prides itself on the ‘customer experience’ and your communication skills and personality will allow for long term relationships and account management to help drive further growth. Your personality, knowledge and expertise will be crucial in driving sales and meeting KPIs for new and existing clients. Package Competitive Salary DOE and your track record thus we would consider applications in the range of £70-100K plus commission. Generous uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Promoting and generating new sales enquiries. Liaise closely with the Design Team and Production to satisfy end user needs. Promote all revenue streams of the business. Attend end user sites to evaluate their operations offering your expertise to support them whilst identifying opportunities to drive revenue. Drive consistent performance with a focus on bringing on new and retaining existing customers. Attend trade shows and other events that may support new sales opportunities. Skills & Experience: A team player by nature, you will be adept at interacting with people and large businesses at all levels. Tenacity to win new business and the personality to value existing customers. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Honest, results driven and eager to learn. Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations at C Suite level.
