Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Our Account Administrators are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
* Posting payments received by card, cash, and cheques at the branches onto multiple systems.
* Processing landlord statements and payments.
* Reconciling miscellaneous monies.
* Contacting the branches regarding monies that cannot be allocated.
* Resolving and responding to queries raised by branches via ticketing system.
* Responding to Landlord queries via email.
* Contacting the bank by phone regarding various issues.
* Processing and responding to correspondence from the bank.
* Sending banking materials to the branches.
* Organising returned banking receipts from the branches.
