Location: London Bridge
Salary: £34,000
To carry out the administration of the service department for Business Unit 5 in the London Region.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assisting Service Managers based in London with writing quotations.
2. Assisting Service Team with electronic report uploading to the job software systems SimPRO and Risk wise.
3. Producing purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and any orders required.
4. Assisting Accounts team with Weekly invoicing reports.
5. Providing any other reports required for the Management Team.
6. Learning the job system to assist with scheduling, logging & closing callouts and compliance tasks.
7. Providing cover for the other supports in BU3 & 4.
8. Liaising with the clients, answering queries and booking works in via email & phone.

Working Conditions
Location of work will be based in London Bridge Office.
Hours of attendance will be 9am to 5pm, this includes 30 minutes for lunch (Time of lunch will be determined by lunch times taken by other team members).
