The Role:
1. Communicating with customers providing updates on orders and changes
2. Supporting with order processing/shipment
3. Maintaining the company database, ensuring all records are kept up to date
4. Providing assistance in SAP systems
5. Being the go-to/point of contact for customer correspondence
The Person:
1. You will be proactive, always seeking opportunities to improve and drive success
2. You excel in building and maintaining strong professional relationships

4. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

8. You have GCSE Maths & English
9. You hold at least 2 years customer service experience
