We have opportunities spread across our two sites in Worcester and Clay Cross, as well as in the field nationwide. In this role, you will be responsible for: Utilise product availability to plan delivery of customer orders on-time and in-full Coordinate and communicate with customer planners and warehouses to achieve successful practical delivery of orders by: review and question orders for anomalies, book delivery slots at customer warehouse location, provide pre-delivery advice Answer customer queries to ensure the customer service level is maximised by dealing with issues and resolving within adequate time. To liaise with Production Planning, Transport Team and Order Processing Team in ensuring all customer requirements are met. Monitor and report daily on key departmental performance indicators.
