Talk to us about how we can best support you You will support the Data portfolio by; tracking the status of programme deliverables; project status reporting; maintaining a single, accurate view of the project landscape; overall costs across all work streams and supporting teams in key activities. What's the job? Monitor the programme roadmap and track projects. Create business packs and board papers. Ensure submissions are completed to standard and within agreed timescales. Support team to define, implement and continually improve project standards including project documentations, processes, ways of working, planning. Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review, including overall cost review at a programme level Update and communicate the programme plan as required using reports and the outcomes of project and board level meetings and workshops. Assisting team by collating the submissions for the Governance Boards, producing the meeting notes, following up actions and ensuring that Programme Governance standards are met. Tracking and reporting on key issues, risks and dependencies across the programme. Producing updates for Governance bodies. Undertake financial modelling to support the Programme in conjunction with the finance team.
