To execute reception and administrative responsibilities to MCSC staff, Member groups and Centre visitors. To provide essential front of house services, whilst utilising your people & administration skills. 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (40 hour week)
Key Tasks and responsibilities
1. To be the first point of contact for all visitors. Direct visitors to their appropriate rooms or waiting area and inform the Member group if applicable. Provide information of other local services to the public.
2. Make, authorise and amend room hire bookings using our bespoke on-line system. To prepare and distribute daily booking reports in paper and electronic formats using MS Excel, Canva.
3. General reception duties, answering phone calls, accepting post and parcels for MCSC & our Member groups.
4. Provide administrative services to the CEO, Senior MCSC Manager and Finance Officer.
5. Assist in the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, documents, presentations and leaflets.
6. To prepare and distribute papers for various MCSC meetings; take minutes.
7. Open Reception at 8.30am for visitors and Member Groups
8. Fire Marshall in the event of a Centre evacuation and weekly fire alarm testing
9. Maintain our high profile social media accounts and website.
10. Any supportive duties MCSC Senior Management or CEO requests.
