Tradewind are recruiting for a Teacher of Business Studies for one of our Wirral client schools to start in September 2024. This is a full-time, long-term role expected to continue for the full academic year. Our client school is seeking a Business Studies Teacher to teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and it is desirable to be able to teach Economics. The successful candidate can expect pay up to £211.96 per day, depending on your most recent scale point.
The successful Teacher of Business Studies will be joining our client school who strive for academic excellence and their success is built upon strong pastoral care and developing the whole child. Visitors to our client school will witness a busy and positive environment where students are encouraged to pursue their interests in whatever field that may be. The Business department at our client school seek to embrace the challenge and opportunities presented by the evolving global, national and local economies, for the benefit of their students and the wider community.
To be considered for this Teacher of Business Studies position for September 2024 the essential requirements are:
1. QTS or equivalent
2. Experience teaching Business Studies across KS3, KS4 & KS5 (essential)
3. Experience teaching Economics to KS5 (desirable)
4. Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
5. Full and complete career history
6. Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
7. Legal right to work in the UK
