Position Overview:
Blanchards Law is seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Senior Family Law Solicitor to join ourthriving team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years ofdemonstrable experience in family law, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully handling complex cases. This position presents anexciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious solicitor tocontribute to the growth and success of our family law practice.
Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Manage a varied and complexcaseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody,spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
* LegalAdvisory: Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding themthrough the legal process, and ensuring their interests arerepresented effectively.
* Court Representation: Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, andnegotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintainstrong client relationships by offering personalised legal services,understanding their needs, and providing clear communicationthroughout the legal process.
* Collaboration: Workcollaboratively with other members of the legal team, paralegals, andsupport staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.
* Business Development: Contribute to the growth ofthe family law practice through business development initiatives,networking, and fostering relationships within the legal community.
* Legal Research: Stay informed about changes infamily law, precedents, and legislation, and apply this knowledge toenhance the quality of legal services provided.
Qualifications:
* QualifiedSolicitor: Admitted to the Roll with a minimum of 8 years ofpost-qualification experience in family law.
* ProvenExpertise: Demonstrated experience in handling a diverse rangeof family law cases, showcasing a deep understanding of relevant legalprinciples and procedures.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability toarticulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
