To excel in these roles, you should have: Experience working with individuals with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals Patience and empathy to provide a safe, nurturing environment Behaviour management experience to address challenges effectively The ability to adapt to varied settings and student needs A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
