Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to optimize performance and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team and play a key role in maintaining, improving, and repairing electromechanical test equipment to ensure seamless operations. This is an initial 6 month contract role, Inside IR35, full time on site on Stafford. What You’ll Do: ✅ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment faults, minimizing production downtime. ✅ Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal equipment performance. ✅ Report root causes, implement solutions, and continuously improve maintenance processes. ✅ Support machinery installation, relocation, and upgrades. ✅ Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a safe, efficient workspace. What We’re Looking For: ✔ ONC, City & Guilds Level 3, BTec National Diploma, or equivalent qualification. ✔ Experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. ✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. ✔ Mechanical, electrical, or electronic background. ✔ Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
