We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to Join our Power Division at our Reading Office. You will Support the Operational Delivery Team as necessary with specific responsibility to delivering competent Streetworks administration. You will also provide and oversee the permit and noticing requirements needed. Responsibilities Submitting all permits on behalf of Planners – completing permit application form from information map provided by Planners, ensuring accuracy of permit detail and submitting for approval. Liaising with local authorities to ensure all permit stipulations are dealt with and adhered to. Organising any associated required suspensions of bus stops, parking bays etc Booking required Traffic management – ensuring correctly setup provided based on work consistency and local authority stipulations Starting and stopping of notices – updating Depotnet and Tracker. Closing out all R1’s (using information fed back from reinstatement team) First point of contact for all gangs on site: Taking confirmation of site arrival Making any live amendments to permits Providing requested information (Permit numbers, TM, location etc) Getting confirmation of works completed and site ready for reinstatement Liaising with and receiving information from Reinstatement team Confirming site reinstated Organising TM removal Confirming site clear or items remaining Knowledge Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook Experience within the utilities sector – managing street works noticing.
