This vacancy is for a Bank Statement of Particulars (Bank 0-hour contract).

Main Duties of the Job
The role will require you to work to agreed objectives, to assist with the delivery of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working with the aid of a computerised scheduling system, the post holders will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of travel. The ability to communicate on all levels is essential, and the successful applicant must be able to work on their own or as part of a team and use their own initiative.

Educational Achievements
* GCSE (grades A to C) or equivalent level 2 qualification e.g. NVQ, including English or other appropriate subject/s

* Ability to work to high standards of quality, including when working to strict deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
