The Role
We’re on the lookout for an OnboardingSpecialist to join our team and play a key role in helping customers transition smoothly from one product to another. If you thrive in a customer-facing role, love keeping things organised, and enjoy diving into tech and data, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Location: Newark NG24 2TN
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Act as the key point of contact, keeping customers updated and informed throughout their migration journey. You'll handle objections with confidence and understand what each customer really needs.
* Project Management: Juggle multiple migrations, keep our internal systems updated, and ensure everyone — customers and stakeholders — are always in the loop.
* Needs Assessment: Make timely, relevant recommendations, clearly explain the migration process, and help customers understand their involvement and product functionality.
* Documentation: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and project stages to drive transparency and future improvements.
* Training & Development: Take part in training to expand your knowledge of our products and sharpen your customer service skills.
* Configuration: Tailor the product setup to match customer needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly post-migration.
* Data Migration: Oversee the migration of content and data between systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
