As a Lead Education Nurse, you will:
1. Play a pivotal role in maintaining and raising clinical standards within the practice.
2. Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care, ensuring patients receive the highest level of attention.
3. Identify training and development needs within the nursing team and manage their education and growth effectively.
4. Contribute directly to the continued success of the business and its ability to provide outstanding care.
Our client is looking for:
1. An enthusiastic and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
2. Prior experience as a clinical supervisor or mentor.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Excellent organisational abilities.
5. The confidence to work autonomously in a growing practice.

The Role:
1. Full-time role - 42 hours per week.
