Im looking for a cleaner to inspect 1 bedroom in an HMO (in Leamington Spa) at the end of a tenancy and fill out an Inventory and Schedule of Condition. This would involve filling out two forms with photos and doing a small amount of cleaning. There are basically 3 stages to the job: 1) Assessing the room in comparison to the current Inventory and Schedule of Condition, taking photos of anything that is not as it should be, putting comments and photos in the form. 2) Doing a basic clean of the room (the tenant should have left the room clean but if theyve missed small bits like skirting boardswindow frames please clean these) 3) Filling out the new Inventory and Schedule of Condition form and taking new photos to show the rooms condition for the new tenant. N.B if anything additional is needed (e.g. a bigger clean or disposing of left items etc) please take a photo of the problem and invoice me for the extra work so I can charge the tenants deposit. I can send over more details of exactly what the job entails to those who are interested :) If it all goes well, Id love to find someone I can contact to do this job each time a tenant moves out.
