Department: Accounts Project Location(s): Northern Ireland Compensation: £24,000-£27,000 Job Description: Package: Salary £24,000 - £27,000 Company Pension Scheme. Group Life Assurance after probation period. The role will include the following responsibilities: First line support for all incoming financial enquiries. Assisting with the management of credit control processes. Assist with the processing of sales and purchase invoices through high volume ledgers. To assist with reconciliations for all companies across the group. To provide administrative assistance to the Group Finance Team Leader and Finance Director. To produce weekly and monthly reports. To assist with all administrative duties within a busy finance department. To liaise with other departments including Sales & Operations. Any other duties as required. Criteria GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks Good organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel & Outlook The ability to work effectively with a minimum level of supervision Minimum one years experience working in finance.
