Vivisol is currently hiring for an Oxygen Delivery Technician to deliver and service oxygen products in the Glasgow area. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to provide temporary cover for the area. We offer a generous package including a company vehicle, excellent job training, and a salary of £23,864 per annum.
The Oxygen Delivery Technician position is field-based with a day shift role covering 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern: Working 5 of 7 days (with occasional weekend shifts), 8:30am – 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous delivery experience, and a full UK driver’s licence is required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Delivering and servicing oxygen products for Dolby Vivisol on behalf of the NHS.
* Working with local depot manager and field service managers to achieve delivery of service.
* Conducting risk assessments at our patients' homes and in care homes.
* Ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs.
* Ensuring that patients are receiving a quality service at all times.
* Following all safe working procedures and operating instructions.
* Following all statutory compliance and governance procedures.
* Accurately entering data onto a mobile PDA device.
Required candidate experience:
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* An Enhanced DBS (provided for you as part of the probation process).
