Job Title: FP&A Finance Manager – Cost Performance

Salary: Up to £61,500 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving Cost Performance across a £1 billion shipbuilding business through effective team management, engagement & challenge
* Facilitating decision making across senior stakeholders through excellent information provision
* Ensuring strategy alignment across short, medium & long-term forecasts
* Supporting key cross functional initiatives to deliver anticipated outcomes
* Management of a team of high performing professionals delivering high quality financial reporting information
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Fully qualified accountant, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
* Experience of managing people ideally in a hybrid/remote environment
* Ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders, and to challenge and influence as required
Desirable:
* Knowledge of SAP & Planning Analytics, alongside excellent presentation skills
* Demonstrable success in change delivery
