What’s the role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Store in Newcastle Metro as our Sales Associate, on a full time basis. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.
What you’ll be doing
1. Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
2. Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products
3. Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
4. Maintaining visual standards
5. Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
What you’ll ideally bring to the role
6. A passion for premium or luxury product
7. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
8. Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
12. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills

15. Good written and verbal communication skills
