The Role
As a Principal Process Engineer, you’ll provide leadership in the delivery of engineering and technical activities through the application of process, domain knowledge, and experience.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for resolving a range of technical issues and problems, compiling technical reports and presentations, and adhering to specifications in accordance with stakeholder requirements:
* Coach, mentor, and assist others on matters pertaining to their own discipline.
* Develop business awareness.
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
* Work independently with limited technical direction or as part of a small team.
* Act as a subject matter expert in a specialist subject area.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and requires regular travel to Warrington or Bristol alongside home working arrangements.
Essential Experience:
* Demonstrable experience in managing teams to deliver analysis activities on a range of project types.
* Proven experience in covering a variety of tasks across different complexities.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines.
* Experience in the nuclear sector is ideal but not essential.
Qualifications:
* Requirement to hold a Chemical Engineering degree.
* Must be a chartered chemical engineer.
