Job Description:
Webasto Thermo and Comfort UK Ltd is a subsidiary of a major worldwide manufacturer of sunroofs, heating and air conditioning systems for the automotive and marine industries.
Due to an expansion in business, we require an additional full-time Mobile Installation Engineer (m/f/d) to install combustion heaters and air conditioning equipment at customer’s premises throughout the U.K.
Duties will include:
* Installation of combustion heaters
* Installation of Air Conditioning Systems
* Installation of Transport Refrigeration Systems
* Installation of Power Generators
* Diagnosing and repair of product
* Product testing
* Warranty validation on products returned to Doncaster
* Office-based technical support as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be an apprentice-trained automotive or marine engineer, must be flexible to travel, and must have a clean driving licence. A company vehicle will be provided after a qualifying period. Air conditioning and refrigerant handling experience and certification would be an advantage. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
