About the Role Our team is passionate about leveraging technology and data to improve patient outcomes, we are looking for a talented Clinical Trials Data Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your coding skills while engaging in database development. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data, utilising Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as OpenClinica and RedCap. About You Education: A degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) with a keen interest in data management and analysis. Experience: Previous experience in clinical data management is advantageous, particularly with EDC systems such as OpenClinica and RedCap. Technical Skills: Strong coding abilities with a desire to further develop your knowledge in database development and data analysis. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to think critically in a fast-paced research environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse stakeholders effectively. Growth-Oriented: A proactive approach and a willingness to learn new systems and processes to drive innovation. It is a full-time 35 hours, fixed-term contract. The starting salary will be grade 4 in the range of £39,065 - £45,622 per annum, inclusive of the London Allowance.
