Job summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced receptionist with a background in General Practice or a comparable healthcare setting to join our reception team. Our practice serves a large patient base of 10,000 and operates in a high-paced setting. The successful candidate will be required to work five days a week, Monday through Friday, on a rotational schedule. Main duties of the job Main duties and expectations: Address patient inquiries with professionalism, politeness, and courtesy. Handle phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
