Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Head Office, Redhill
Reporting To: Estimating Manager
Role Purpose:
An Office Administrator is required to support the Work Winning team in managing tender processes and project launches for a building and construction company, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
* Manage estimating mailbox and update tender log.
* Create and track Tender Action Plans (TAP) and Launch Action Plans (LAP) alongside the estimating manager.
* Compile and format tender documents.
* Organise meetings and follow up on actions.
* Maintain tender opportunity log and assist with Board documentation.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements for the Office Administrator Role:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Teams.
* Construction industry knowledge.
* Clean UK Driving License.
