This opportunity will suit an experienced manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day operational management and service delivery of our well respected practice. The diverse and varied role will suit someone that is self-motivated and enjoys a challenging, yet rewarding role and at times, work under pressure to maintain high standards of service delivery and good patient outcomes. Main duties of the job The role offers a varied working day that involves the management and coordination of all aspects of practice functionality. Working with, and deputising for the Practice Manager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining essential business operations and continuously improve processes and procedures, taking advantage of innovations to improve the working day. The Deputy Practice Manager will also be the focal point for promoting and supporting wellbeing across the workforce.
