SALARY: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Stable, long term career with a leading national business Company pension (4% matched, 5% after a year of service) Employee Referral Scheme (£1,000) What You’ll be Doing As Commercial Coordinator The main goal is to translate business strategy and objectives into winning tender responses, creating and implementing winning bids. You will fully contribute to the delivery of the sales and estimating teams KPI’s, working with cross functional teams and supporting ongoing team development and capability. You will Follow the Business Contract Review for commercial terms and conditions for sub-contractor orders A commercial contact between the Sales, Estimating and Project department Manage the daily tasks of the admin team ensuring process compliance and business efficiency Manage and follow the order intake process and ensures orders are processed in a timely manner and audit cross check is completed. Streamline the business process, optimize and automate our quote submission and order intake Produce and maintain analytical data reports for the Management Team in line with agreed timescales and the required quality, highlighting areas of improvement Provide administrative support to the commercial management team in respect of key communications and meetings schedules and action plans. Log and progress order intake disputes and anomalies to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner. WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Hybrid Working What We Would Like You To Bring The successful candidate will be able to liaise between the Projects department and the Estimating department to make sure that cost changes, lessons learned, and equipment changes are captured and accounted for. You will have: Previous experience working in a similar position, working under pressure and managing multiple overlapping deadlines Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly with Excel) and experience using Power BI would be advantageous Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong analytical thinking ability with a passion for data analysis Well-organized, demonstrating strong planning and prioritization abilities.
