The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and conscientious teacher who will have a combined role as SEND Assistant and intervention TA. This person will be a trained teacher, with an interest and experience in teaching SEND pupils with a range of educational needs. They will be detail focused on improvement whilst having an ability to work with the children individually, building strong relationships and trust quickly in delivering individual interventions. This role will also support the SEND lead in devising planning and interventions and analysing data. We would like to hear from you if you: Have had recent training about how to support children with a range of special educational needs; Skilled at identifying how to support children and can devise individual programs of intervention; Can work with a range of adults and children and have high level communication skills. Can contribute to the Christian school family, nurturing our young people and working closely with parents, carers and the community. Are committed to establishing and sustaining constructive and positive working relationships. You are motivated to make continuous improvements and can manage the pressure of working in a school with high expectations.
