Global Director, International Account Management & Delivery at Quotacom
Quotacom is proud to be partnered exclusively with a leading Retail Technology organisation. Currently in hyper-growth - their IOT, Data, AI and Analytics solutions are seeing widespread adoption amongst tier one retailers, driving double digit growth for this billion euro revenue business.
As part of their ambitious strategy to scale, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team and drive growth with leading Tier 1 Retailers.
You will also be responsible for:
* Designing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to foster revenue growth and expand market presence in the UK and Ireland.
* Planning, organizing, and overseeing sales activities across UK & Ireland.
* Leading business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and driving the company's growth in the Retail sector.
* Inspiring, motivating, and aligning the sales team to execute a unified sales strategy effectively.
* Tracking and evaluating sales performance metrics and forecasts for the assigned region to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
* At least 7-10 years of experience in a comparable role within companies offering complex software solutions to the retail sector.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
* Established expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.
* Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work seamlessly across departments.
* High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
