Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a skilled team, ensuring effective resource allocation, recruitment, and skill development.
2. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on delivering exceptional results for our customers.
3. Balance daily operations with strategic initiatives, setting clear priorities.
4. Drive the enhancement of methods, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
5. Oversee task execution and ensure effective use of platforms like Zendesk, Jira, and Monday.
6. Act as an escalation point for critical issues, ensuring swift resolution and communication.
7. Collaborate across teams to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure successful delivery.
Who Are You?
You’re a driven, strategic leader passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. As a people-focused leader, you mentor and motivate while aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven track record in leading service, delivery, or customer success teams.
3. Solid background in process management and operational excellence.
4. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree.
2. Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
3. Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira or Monday.
4. Success in implementing improvements and change management.

This role is based on-site at our Cheltenham office. A new, modern office space is planned for 2025.
