As an auditor, you'll be connecting with the issues our clients are facing, providing independent advice so they can confidently do what is right and make the best decisions for the future. You will need to push ideas harder and ask difficult questions, giving our clients the assurance they need.
Our Not for Profit Audit team is currently going through an exciting period of expansion. This provides a unique opportunity to join a dedicated practice and help shape the future of our work within the sector and grow our business. Our Not for Profit client base includes a variety of well-known charities, higher education institutions and independent schools.
A look into your future
Our three-year graduate programme is designed to take you on a journey from graduate to professionally qualified. Here's a glimpse of what you'll experience during your first three years:
1. Hands on experience in the different aspects of audit, with a variety of clients.
2. Your main focus will be on our Not for Profit clients, particularly charities, universities and schools.
3. Responsibility from early in your career, taking ownership for interesting and challenging client work.
4. Experience in everything from examining financial records, carrying out audit tests, to attending stock-takes and completing audit files.
5. Develop a strong internal and external network to learn from.
6. Work closely with colleagues to provide robust market leading insights to help clients meet their regulatory needs and charitable objectives.
7. Spend time travelling to a variety of client offices.
8. On the job learning, alongside a structured training programme.
9. Time to study and revise for your exams, supported by us to complete the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) professional qualification.

Our teams work between our offices, client sites, and from home. In-person working is important for learning about the firm and building relationships with peers.
Study
You'll need to balance your study and work requirements. You will be provided with study leave to help you complete your professional qualification.
