We are looking to for an excellent teacher to join our English faculty in the capacity of Second in English. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising achievement in English and will work alongside other postholders in the faculty to develop and implement an aspirational curriculum and raise student achievement. This post is suitable for a new or already experienced middle leader or an aspirant Head of Faculty.
Hall Park Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
