I’m delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of Norfolk’s leading organisations, to recruit for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their brilliant team based in Norwich.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
You will be joining a busy tech division, responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support. This will predominently be 2nd line work and therefore suited so someone with prior experience in a similar role. This will be a varied role with some key responsibilities including:
1. Installation and configuration of new hardware & software
2. Responding to reported faults, to diagnose & rectify / repair.
3. Providing advice to users on general computing matters
4. Implement system changes
5. Helpdesk Support
Required Experience
6. You must have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role.
7. You must have a recognised qualification in computing (Diploma, Degree etc.)
8. You must have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
