WHO WE ARE
Triangle HR is an independent HR consultancy with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. Supporting businesses across Shropshire, the Midlands and beyond, we provide flexible, expert HR solutions with a personal touch. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference to the clients we support.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Consultant to deliver expert advice across a range of sectors. If you thrive on variety, love solving problems, and want to build meaningful relationships with clients – this role is for you.
You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and take ownership of a varied caseload. Your day-to-day could include:
* Developing contracts, policies and procedures
* Managing complex employee relations cases
* Designing and delivering engaging training sessions
* Supporting internal projects and marketing activities
* Representing us at business events
* Working with our strategic partners
* Leading or contributing to team initiatives
This is an office-based role that supports team collaboration but involves regular travel to client site (most of which is within the local region), with some flexibility for occasional remote working. Access to a suitable vehicle and a willingness to travel is therefore essential.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an excellent communicator who builds trust with ease – warm, confident, and professional. You can juggle competing demands, think on your feet, and always deliver on your promises. We’re looking for someone who:
* Has hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
* Understands employment law and current HR best practices
* Is confident designing and delivering training
* Is CIPD qualified, or willing to work towards it
* Values collaboration, continuous learning and client confidentiality
If you’re looking for a meaningful role where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported – we’d love to hear from you.
