Our client is seeking an energetic and creative Digital UX & Graphic Designer who is eager to expand their skills across the digital landscape.
The ideal candidate can craft seamless user experiences across our digital platforms, blending high-end aesthetic with intuitive functionality to elevate our brand's online presence. They have a strong interest in digital trends across the industry, including website trends and keen eye for visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with internal team and clients to scope, design, and prototype solutions to ensure problem statements are addressed and needs are fulfilled.
* Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or similar design software.
* Explore new concepts and ideas that push creative boundaries, while aligning with our aesthetic.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital offerings remain competitive
* Continually drive improvements to the user experience and conversion rate of all client websites, present ideas and concepts to the team.
* Maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems for the developers in the team.
* Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, making decisions around images and readability, which will resonate with Black Nova target markets as all as client designs.
* Work closely with our brand marketing team, to produce designs that enhance our brand identity and connect with our audience.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are met without comprise to design or brand quality.
About the Role
As an UX/UI Designer, you will - Bridge the gap between design and development. You will be able to design wire frames ready for development, from wireframe to page layouts including shop sites.
As our UI, UX, designer you would be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites for a positive and cohesive user experience.
You'll have a sharp eye for detail, highly motivated and an aptitude for creating pixel perfect, user-friendly designs. You'll be passionate about designing insight-driven, user-centred designs that build on our values, applying current UX principles and ensuring execution meets expectation.

A digital obsessive, always seeking to learn and develop new skills with good awareness of the latest technologies and trends that will enhance and transform owner and shopper journeys for all new client website designs.
Confident with presenting ideas and concepts to clients directly, comfortable at being challenged and in turn challenging others to get the best outcome.
About You
* Proven experience in UX & Graphic design with a portfolio showcasing past work
* Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
* Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability testing
* Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
* A strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creativity
* A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through design.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits
Rate of pay starting from £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
This is a full time, permanent post working 38 hours per week.
We offer a hybrid working environment, and you will be expected to spend a minimum of 3 days a week in our Calne Office
