Job Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join West Kent Housing Association as our Energy Efficiency Contract Manager. This is a new role within the Asset Team and you will be responsible for using our energy data for our homes to ensure we meet EPC C by 2030 and Net Zero Carbon by 2050. You will contract manage all energy efficiency contracts relating to these targets, working closely with partners, consortiums, and residents. This role will ensure government grants for these works are received and that regulatory requirements and best practices are adhered to such as PASS2035.
About You
Previous experience with the Social Housing Decarbonisation fund is desirable; however, prior experience in Contract Management, ideally in energy improvement works, including suitable properties for specific measures, design, procurement, and contract delivery on time, budget, and with excellent quality, is essential. A broad knowledge of the Housing sector is also required for this role, along with an in-depth understanding of energy efficiency data including EPCs and resulting improvement measures.
You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a building or construction-related subject or hold relevant Project Management qualifications with a full driving licence.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office, with hybrid working options available, requiring employees to work from our Sevenoaks Office for a minimum of two days per week.
