Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Commerical contractor in Cambridge to find an experienced Health and Safety Administrator who will support the HSE Manager in fostering a positive, responsive, and legally compliant health and safety culture. This role will provide expert advice and support on all HSE matters, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively embedded across our hotels. Key Responsibilities: Promote awareness of HSE policies and best practices across all departments. Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Conduct inspections and audits to assess safety performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a strong health & safety culture. Maintain online accident and incident reporting systems as well as the e-learning system. Act as the primary point of contact for designated hotels regarding security events and issues, ensuring all safety measures are upheld. Support hotels in developing and periodically testing emergency and crisis response plans. What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage all levels of staff professionally. Ability to manage projects independently from conception to implementation. Detail-oriented and persistent in ensuring tasks are completed accurately. NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (preferred but not essential).
