Supported Living North Yorkshire - Linegate is supporting tenants in 7 flats in Market Weighton.
Priory Supported Living North Yorkshire provides assessment and support for adults living with a primary learning disability, autism, or mental health issues, who may present complex conditions.
Our service offers 24/7 specialist supported living care designed to provide just the right level of support; we encourage individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. We offer 1:1 and 2:1 staffing where required.
Within the homes, we continually promote the development of social skills, independent living, and personal responsibility. The people supported by Supported Living in North Yorkshire take pride in their homes as they are directly involved in creating them. Individuals are supported with daily duties such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning, depending on their ability.
Many enjoy social occasions arranged at the request of the tenants, such as college, eating out, shopping, music concerts, football or rugby matches, trips to theme parks, and much more.
