About the role Collaborating with one of our key Joint Business Plan (JBP) suppliers to lead on key activities that will support in the delivery of our core KPI’s. Forward planning: Creation and alignment of future forecasts with the supplier. Brilliant basics: Ensuring activities land right first time, co-ordinating actions to ensure that master data is accurate and efficient, NPD and promotional forecasting alignment and the development and implementation of seasonal plans. Efficiency management: Using data and insights to support the delivery of joint KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to improve and drive efficiencies, supporting the sustainability agenda. Stakeholder management: Co-ordinating the JBP relationship, including regular touch points such as weekly KPI meetings, Top-to-Top meetings and monthly performance reviews. Continuous Improvement: Identifying joint-value opportunities and initiatives to drive continuous improvement across both organisations. Through driving these activities this will maximise availability and efficient stock management to support delivery of our core KPIs.
