We're looking for a talented CRM Manager to lead the customer engagement strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail. This is a unique opportunity to drive retention, growth, and customer loyalty for one of the UK's most exciting emerging brands.
You'll collaborate with creative, insights, and brand teams to ensure every campaign reflects the brand's modern aesthetic and commercial vision. As a key member of the team, you'll manage a small team (1-2 people), oversee lifecycle and BAU campaigns, and deliver results that make a real impact.
Why You?
You're a data-driven storyteller with experience delivering targeted campaigns across CRM platforms. You understand customer journeys, thrive on collaboration, and have a passion for bringing brands to life. Familiarity with any platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital, HubSpot, or Mailchimp is highly desirable.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in CRM or email marketing (e-commerce or fashion industry preferred).
* Ability to craft engaging, automated lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
* A strong analytical mindset to optimise performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional organisational skills to deliver projects on time, every time.
* Leadership experience to mentor and develop a small team.
